Perfect realisation

New, production-stage products are created in pilot-production run and tryouts in close cooperation with product development at our client’s with the assistance of highly-qualified PROPLANT engineers. Simultaneous engineering processes enable us to realise a lean and thus low-cost production process.

Targeted DMU investigations enable our specialists to define optimised joining sequences early on in the project phases. If any change occur to requirement for parts and components, for example as a consequence of collisions or inaccessible positions for assembly tools, then product adaptations can be performed in advance in a virtual development stage.

In the motor-vehicle industry PROPLANT employees also coordinate the procurement of production-stage parts and components required for assembly of a pilot vehicle, because they have at their disposal outstanding knowledge with regard to the production structure for a vehicle.

Final tests are conducted on pilot vehicles and pilot vehicle components in tryouts with regard to the production capability thus enabling production methods to be decisively defined.
