1968

Julius Kiss founds IVM Engineering in Munich, Germany as an engineering company for the motor-vehicle industry

1987

Production Planning division founded

1999

The division was extremely successful, so successful in fact that an independent limited liability company was founded. Following this the company operated under the name PROPLANT.

2002    

The Kiss family of partners sold off parts of the international IVM Engineering Group. The remaining companies were then integrated under the roof of a new corporate group: the MVI Group. PROPLANT became a “Member of MVI Group“
