Competent advice and planning

During the initialisation phase of a project we advise our customers in terms of problem analysis and goal definition. We highlight efficiency potentials, draw up adequate design proposals and compile well-founded performance specifications.

During the follow-on planning phase we deploy tools and instruments from »Digital Factory« for several years now. This enables us to visualise planning concepts at an advance stage and thus reduce the level of project risk. The managers of the sub plants are thus capable of conducting advance coordination.

Parallel to this or immediately afterwards it is possible in this way to draw up and develop draft designs for operating material or feasibility studies for kinematics processes.

It is also possible to analyse all the information systems in advance. This in turn enables system-relevant configuration parameters to be derived from the production operation’s scheduled functions and to use them in the planning process.

This enables planning activities to be undertaken for all the production sub plants, which in turn results in a greater number of levels and thus a reduced risk of change. »Frontloading« is something we actually practice.

In addition to this, difficult-to-influence parameters, such as the delivery times for system hardware, systems and operating material can be controlled much easier because of the earlier definition.

The use of state-of-the-art planning methods and the interlocked cooperation of all PROPLANT departments coupled with a professional and process-oriented project management enable extremely effective and efficient project run times with a high performance density.
